Did you end up at this blog because you're looking for low-key (as well as high-key) ways to develop? Nice. Because own very own Lina is here to enrich our lives with tips. In doing so, she draws on experience from her own entrepreneurial journey. You can read about (and learn from) her struggles and learnings in this blog. And now, time to spillllllll.

Take these courses from Celine Charlotte & LinkedIn (Learning)
C Academy - course Worth It
Unfortunately, this course is no longer taught, but maybe it will come back! It helped Lina determine her hourly rate. In fact, she actually started way too low, purely to build a portfolio. But what was she actually worth? What did she herself think she was worth? How could she calculate that? If you just Googled "c academy worth it," you'll find plenty of blog posts where people share their insights.
LinkedIn Learning - Diane von Furstenberg on when you don't know what to do
One of Lina's favorite quotes, "I didn't always know what I wanted to do but I always knew who I wanted to become. Her take-away from this course: you don't have to stay in the same place but just keep moving forward to advance to the person you want to become/be. You can view this course on LinkedIn learning if you have a Premium account. By the way, you can get a free trial month for this.

TEDx Talk Brené Brown - The power of vulnerability
Although Lina is an open book, she finds being vulnerable difficult. Because of the individualistic and successful atmosphere that exists in Amsterdam, she feels she always has to take an extra three steps. Therefore, this talk was a real eye-opener. She learned that it's okay to be vulnerable. Also highly recommended: all of Brené's podcasts. Check out the podcast 'Unlocking Us' here.
Get away from it all
Do you know that little voice in your head that constantly talks you down? "You have to work harder," "Look what all the others are doing," "You have customers but there should be more," "You're standing still. You are conducting inner battles, so to speak. One way Lina resolves these doubts is by going for a walk. Take a break from being focused on your work. That rest is super important.

Start journaling
About journaling and a morning routine, we have shared quite a bit on social media by now. For Lina, it's also very important. She starts each day by writing down 3 things she is grateful for, especially if she has a negative mindset. This can also be added to throughout the day. It gives a mindshift and works very well.
Create a Pinterest folder of inspiration
Lina has a private board on Pinterest called "Future you says thank you. How cute! There are all these cool quotes in here that she feels a certain way about. It really gives her a "kick in the butt.
